Order Acceptance Policy
All orders and other requests received are subject to acceptance by Pick and Click Flower Express, and any of its personnel, reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to notify you through email if your order is unavailable due to lack or late deliveries of flower supply. No worries, rest assured that once you’ve paid your order, you may choose another bouquet of same price or choose refund.
Delivery of your order
We offer same day deliveries from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For orders placed beyond 6:00 pm will be processed the following day. You can also opt to order via Grab and Food Panda. If you wish to have your order in advanced, talk to our sales agent representative to book a delivery on your special day.
Changes to your order
Should there by any changes to your order, please notify us 2-3 days before delivery date to avoid additional charge. For prompt response, don’t hesitate to message us on our Facebook page or contact us at 09260073972/ 09511655462/ 7941 0947. We will do our best to accommodate any changes as long as we still have time to process it before delivering your order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be accepted 2-3 days before delivery date. To process your refund, you may call or message us.
Product and Substitution Policy
All bouquets are subject to availability. Should there be any instances that your desired bouquet isn’t available, our team will gladly assist you. We are also open for your personalized requests.
Payments
We accept payment through Debit/Credit Card in this website. For Paymaya, GCash, Bank Transfer and remittances, please contact our Facebook Page to know more. Please know that Pick and Click Flower Express has no access to your credit or debit card details.
Prices and Additional Charges
Pick and Click Flower Express do not add additional charges unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual Property
The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Pick and Click Flower Express and its licensors.
Third-Party Services
In using the Services, you may use third-party services, products, software, embeds, or applications developed by a third party (“Third-Party Services”).
